How to send files in a Live Help session on the mobile app?

Students can upload files for their tutor to view during Live Help sessions on the mobile app.

1. During a Live Help session, click the image icon on the right of the text box.

2. Select the location of your file. You may be prompted to give the app permission to access your media.

3. Select your file or photo to upload it to the chat. The following formats are supported:

  • Portable Network Graphic (PNG)
  • Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPG and JPEG)
  • Portable Document Format (PDF)
  • MS Document (DOC and DOCX)
  • Text (TXT)
