- Step 1: Open the document or image you want to screenshot
- Step 2:
- Press and hold the Ctrl + Show Windows keys simultaneously to capture your whole screen
- OR press Ctrl + Shift + Show Windows to capture a specific area
- Step 3: To access all of your screenshots, click the blue Files folder-style icon and select either Images or Downloads.
