Paper Reading allows educators to create and assign differentiated reading assignments to students. In these reading assignments, students record themselves reading out loud. Once they submit the assignment, they receive immediate feedback on their reading, including the recording, a transcript with potential reading miscues, and basic reading statistics such as completion percentage, words correct per minute, total time read, and total words read.
Teachers can view each student’s reading data, including advanced reading statistics like accuracy, number of missed words, total non-reading time, and more. They can also monitor their students' reading progress to guide their instruction.
