Occasionally, students may encounter the waiting room when starting a session. If there is high demand, students will be shown an estimated wait time before being connected with their tutor.
Students can still start sharing their question, which the tutor will see once in the session.
Once the tutor has entered the session, students will be notified and can begin working with the tutor. If the student has navigated to a different tab, a title change will flash on the Paper tab, and play an audible ding (if audio is on).
